Rebelde is the exact same coffee blend we use day to day in Hija Mia. Sourced from several coffee fincas around Santa Maria in the department of Huila, Rebelde is a blend of the highly sort after Caturra and Bourbon varieties. We give it a slightly longer roast to bring out the red fruits, panela and caramel notes without the bitterness of a dark roast.
