Hija Mía Chiroso 250g

The variety Chiroso was discovered on Carmen Cecilia Montoya's coffee farm 'Buena Vista' near the town of Urrao, Antioquia. A mutation from the Ethiopian Landrace variety, it has been compared on a sensory level to Geisha for its aromatic qualities and complexity and intensity in the cup. Such a high level coffee deserves a slightly lighter roast to bring out its notes of Peach, Honey and Mandarine.
